Overcoming Your Fear

February 13th, 2007 by Court

Starting this journey can be pretty scary, even for someone like me that has a lot of experience. I’ve been reading some blogs today, and was able to find a few that are pretty similar to mine. This can be pretty terrifying because some of these blogs are three or four years old.

Blogs that are three or four years old have a lot more information than I have published at this point. That makes me afraid! Naturally, I see this as one of those times that I have to push forward anyway, knowing that I have to start somewhere.

I will establish this blog as one of the best! I have been working with clients for a few years that really struggle with this concept. They do really well and learn a lot until they find another site that is similar to what they want theirs to be. They see the work that has been done on the other site and freak out! A small percentage has given up on me.

If we’re going to be succesful in this world, we have to push through our fear. We have to have more determination and more passion. When you’re afraid, it’s the perfect time to dig in. Have an ego! Take some pride in your work and build the best blog in the world.
