New 14 Day Trial - 60 Minutes of Cardio Daily

Last week I wrote an article for you where I discussed using a 14 day trial to make a positive change in your life. For those of you that missed it, you can read it here. Since I want to always practice what I preach, I’ve decided to start a new 14 day trial for myself!
Deciding what to do was kind of funny, I knew that I wanted to do a 14 day trial before I knew what change I wanted to make! After giving it some thought I realized that my personal fitness level is the most frustrating aspect of my life right now, so really it was a no-brainer to make a positive change in that area.
I’ve been working on my fitness for a few months, and have been doing at least 30 minutes of cardio six days a week. My main goal with fitness right now is to lower my body fat, and I know that I could get results more quickly if I upped the amount of cardio I do everyday, so I’ve decided to double it!
My body isn’t 100% ready for it, but at least I’ve been doing cardio daily for a while. I have a feeling that I’ll be getting pretty tired, but we can do anything for two weeks right? Anyway, I’m pretty determined to do this, so I figured I should post about it. (It’s always a good thing to have some accountability.) Over the next two weeks I will post daily updates letting you all know how it’s going!
