1. It’s not that interesting. I’m really interested in SEO, so it’s pretty interesting to write about that, but WordPress to me is just a tool (a really good tool) that saves me a lot of time. I’m really interested in becoming a better person, too, so that makes personal development really easy to write about.
2. People can’t find you. No one searches for you. When was the time time your mom searched for ‘blogging’ in a search engine? Exactly! Most people don’t really care. When was the last time your mom searched for cooking? I bet she’s done it! It would be much better to blog about cooking. Props to Dave over at Tag’s Kitchen - Cooking, Recipes, and Kitchen Tools. On this site, I talk about blogging but I’m pretty glad it’s not my only topic.

3. Competition. There are already a trillion blogs about blogging and 99.99999% don’t make a dime.
