Google is trying to find sites that are buying and selling text links without adding a 'no follow' to the link. It's ok to sell text links, as long as they're not sold for the purpose of increasing search engine rankings. If a 'no follow' is placed on the link, they don't have any search engine benfits so they're ok that way. Most sites aren't doing that yet though. You don't need to worry about your affiliate link to text-link-ads because you are not being paid to have the link there. You're getting paid if people go to text-link-ads and buy something, which is ok. You're also not paying to have the link there, so you're good. Thanks for your question!
