I had a vast reciprical linking campaign on my sales site and went back and cleaned up the non reciprical and weak links. there was no PR increase but substantial search results increase. Then started my main focus on quality inbound links, quality not quantity. Good post. It sucks that the spammers seem to love your site, do you moderate?
