Or at least you get more instant results. I always get an extra authority bump on technorati when I'm on someone's TC-list, but never when I comment on someone who "follows." The only bad thing about being on the TC-list is that it's only temporary (unless you are a faithful commentator). Check out this blog that has a list of users that have the TC-widget.
