Wordze Keyword Research Tools - Grade A
August 31st, 2007 by CourtWordze is a fantastic keyword tool. I’m really glad I was able to try it out.
Wordze set me up with an account to use, so I logged in and gave it a test run. The first thing I noticed when I logged in was how simple the layout was:
There is a button for each tool that they offer, and an explanation of what each tool does. My eyes went straight to the button that says, “Watch one of our videos on how to get the most out of your keyword research at Wordze.” I watched a six minute, extremely informative video that taught me everything I needed to know about using Worze.
After I watched the video, I clicked to the keyword research tool and typed in ‘internet marketing’. I was pretty surprised when over 4,000 keywords were returned within one second. Almost every single tool out there takes forever to return keywords.
The information I needed was all in front of me. The tool shows you how many times the keyword is searched for each day, an estimate of how many hits you would get if you were ranked in the top three in the major search engines, and also rates the keyword. Next to each keyword, you will find three buttons that you can use to find out more about the keywords.
History Of Each Keyword
If you click to see the history of the keyword, it will show you how many times the keyword was searched for in every day of this month. You can change the month to see the result from past months.
WordRank
Each keyword has a WordRank button next to it, and clicking that button will show you how hard it would be to get ranked for that keyword. It basically loads the top ten sites in Google for the keyword, and shows you some very valuable information about them:
- PageRank of the URL that’s ranked.
- PageRank of the site’s home page.
- Age of the site.
- Total links.
- How many new links the site generates each month. (Wow I can’t believe it shows that.)
The WordRank pushed the Wordze research tools over the top for me. Using it would have saved me about two hours when I did my ‘niched-out keywords’ post.
Pricing
There are two options for signing up for Wordze:
- One day trial for $7.95
- Monthly membership for $35 per month
The price is less than the full memberships for the major players, and honestly I’ve never used a better tool for keyword research. I’m not an easy sell and I get paid the same for this review no matter what I say. If you’re going to pay for a keyword research tool, pay for this one.
