IMO this recent update take longer time because i believe this is major one. this new update set up a new era of google algorithm. so they need time to get their new philosophy translate into their algorithm. they need time to get the calculation done on billion of pages which dependent to one another. in my understanding PR is updated in real time. so SERP ranking are based this PR not on the toolbar. it is waste of resources to updated page rank on toolbar every time when it might affected very low percentage of website. 0.1 PR is still 0. 0.9 is still 0. 0.99 is still 0. sometime it could take 6 month to 1 year to get PR 1. i think google is the biggest and fastest calculator of all so they can calculate what is the average time for site to increase PR one notch. so maybe 3 month is the average. hi Court,
