New Advertising Available On CourtneyTuttle.com
October 11th, 2007 by CourtCourtneyTuttle.com gets over 45,000 page views per month from over 20,000 unique visitors. This number continues to grow and the site’s audience is mostly aspiring internet entrepreneurs and people that are looking to grow their online businesses.
Those of you that have been to the site lately have probably noticed that there are a lot of changes here. I’ve been modifying my theme to open up some premium space for advertisers. I now have some new advertising options that are available:
One Premium 468×60 Banner Spot

The premium banner gets over 45,000 views per month and is positioned on every page right above the content. The price for the premium ad spot is $150, which makes for a very good CPM (lower than you’ll find for a similar ad on some of the sites you probably read). Animation is allowed but I won’t accept flash.
Eight 125×125 Banners
The 125×125 banners will also get over 45,000 impressions per month and cost $50 per month. There are eight total banner spots that rotate on each page load. Each banner will get exactly the same amount of exposure as the other banners. Most of the spots appear above the fold so visibility will be great for these ads.
Animation is allowed in the 125×125 banners, however I will not accept flash banners.
Rockin’ Sites Text Links
As most of you know, the text links advertising on my site has changed to be purely for advertising. This has made it a great option for advertisers that have a smaller budget. The text links will appear in the Rockin’ Sites section of my sidebar. In order to make these links for the purpose of advertising only, they will have nofollows on them and will be priced at only $10 per month.
Contact Me
If you’re interested in any of the advertising options, contact me. The month will run from October 15th to November 14. Those who buy early will get some added benefit because I’ll put their ads up early.

That sounds like a great plan. Will you use a follow on the banners links?

Hi Justin, that really won’t make much of a difference because there really isn’t much of an SEO benefit either way. I’ll be leaving how they are unless Google changes something on their end.

Now, that the comments are no followed I thought I’d give myself a shameless plug!
The advertising rates look like good value and we’ll be in touch soon.
In fact it’s such good value and I don’t believe Google is as clever with no-follow as it would have us believe… can I buy 3 month’s worth of SEO Bristol in the Rockin’ Sites, please!

Definitely! I’ll email you with the details.

Court, you know how to take a piece of advice and incorporate into your own blog don’t you? And if you didn’t write this perfect post as described in my series, it’s damn coincidence!

GEttycash: LOL Thats funny, let see how it goes.
Thats great Court, but I have read from many bloggers that banner ads aren’t worth the money and the traffic aren’t too good…I rather buy a review than banner ads.

Hey WarriorBlog! It kind of just depends on what you’re going for. With a banner, you’re able to give a graphic, so it’s 1000 times better for branding. Most blogs and companies that advertise with banner ads are establishing their brands.
Think of ‘Super Affiliate Zac Johnson’. He has his super affiliate banners all over the place. I’ve never clicked on one anywhere, but became familiar with his name through those banners.
Now I’m a subscribed reader to his site - even though I’ve never clicked on those banners. With enough positive branding, people will find their way to your site.

Hmmm I have to agree with you there, thats an excellent idea but definitely not for me…yet.

Court, how do you find advertising posts like this one? Do you get many leads from it?
