And they're not happy about the low grade Google Places results getting stuffed into Page One. Or the nonsensical listings from content farms or completely off-topic content spammers that push them down the rankings. The Farmer/Panda release fixed some of this, but there are still a lot of "unexpected results" in the SERPs. If Google (and Yahoo!, Bing and Ask) don't fix this, people are going to stop using search engines and go to Facebook. I share your frustration, Court.
