I've made several blog post about the ongoing problems with my Embarq DSL and thier crappy customer service. 

I also know about KIA's as my Mother-In-Law has had two of them. She never learns. The first actually had parts come off while driving down the road. I won't even start to tell you the problems she's had with the second one!
